Step 2- After Filling and Signing on Step-1 Format on all the pages enclose all the concerned Qualification Experience Certificate etc. and make 1PDF File of all enclosed documents only up to 10 MB and Upload in the above Google link.

1).The list of the candidates invited for interview will be displayed on NMDC DAV Polytechnic Website.

2).NMDC DAV Polytechnic will not entertain any correspondence with the candidates about their candidature.

3).The Management reserves the right to cancel the candidature even the final selection of the candidates who is not found eligible as per the criteria.

4).The applications will not be considered after the due date for whatsoever the reason, including submission delays.

5).The candidates applying for the online application should ensure that they fulfil all eligibility conditions as per AICTE/CSVTU Norms for the interview. 

6).The admission at all stages of the interview will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the committee formed by the CSVTU under Statute-19.

7).Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.

8).Acceptance or rejection of application of candidates will be the sole discretion of the Management.

9).The interview dates will be notified on our website www.nmdcdavpoly.in

10).No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for attending the interview.

11).Duration of the experience can be relaxed in the case of exceptionally deserving candidates.

12).Vacancies are provisional and management reserve the right to increase or decrease vacancies, depending on the actual         requirement. Appointments will be made strictly on a need basis.

13).Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification of the candidate.

2. The final merit list of the candidates for all the posts will also be displayed on NMDC DAV Polytechnic Website.
3. NMDC DAV Polytechnic will not enter in any correspondence with the candidates about their candidature.
4. Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test/ interview.
5. The Management reserves the right to cancel the candidature even the final selection of the candidates who is not found eligible as per the criteria.
